The food was excellent, with a variety of dishes that satisfied different tastes. The pools are a highlight with a fun waterslide. The location, surrounded by nature, was idyllic and provided for a calm and peaceful stay. The staff was highly professional and accommodating.

The indoor pool was too hot and crowded. The lack of Wi-Fi in the rooms was inconvenient and made entertaining the kids a bit difficult at night.

The staff at the hotel were amazing! They went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed, from special food requests to finding fun activities to do in the area. the pools and waterslide were definitely the highlight of our stay. We also enjoyed not having to worry about where to eat, since all meals were included. Another plus was the hotel's location, which was close to key attractions and easy to get to.
